The Helfant Residence is located 1.5 miles from the Colgate Inn and 1 mile from the Seven Oaks Golf Course.

The apartment can sleep up to 4 people and contains 1 king bed and 1 double bed, a full bathroom and complete kitchen and wireless internet.

The house can sleep up to 8 people and contains 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds, and 2.5 baths. The house is very comfortable for small/medium groups and has a gorgeous front and backyard to take in the view.

PRICING

  • The price of the apartment is $185 per night for up to 4 people. There is a $25 cleaning fee per stay. Taxes are included in the price.
  • The main house can be rented only as a whole, not on a per-room basis.
  • The price for the main house per night is $1799 for up to eight people. There is a $199 cleaning fee per stay. Taxes are included in the price.
  • Note that rental amounts for the high-peak Colgate weekends (Graduation, Family, and Reunion) exceed the regular rates stated above.
  • The Helfant Residence does not accommodate pets.
