THE APARTMENT
Small one-bedroom apartment located above the garage of the main house. Access to the apartment is via a separate doorway in the mudroom.
The apartment is a completely private space with a full bathroom and a complete kitchen, including a microwave oven, a toaster oven, a full-sized stove, and a mini-refrigerator. The bedroom has an air conditioning unit that cools the entire place. The bathroom contains radiant heating underneath the floor and a heated towel rack. The apartment contains birch flooring in the living area and bedroom and slate flooring in the bathroom. The price for the apartment per night is $195 for up to four people. There is a $30 cleaning fee per stay. Taxes are included in the price. The apartment is NOT available during the high-peak Colgate weekends (Graduation, Family, and Reunion). The apartment does not accommodate pets.
